There are three solutions. A bigger pulley (as one from the original made to fit) This is not best, but works well. Replace the belt with a shorter belt (removing the main belt is difficult but can be done with care. (the pulley on the fan must be loosened on its threaded center to allow the belt to drop down to get it off of the lower pulley.) It is possible to do W/O removing the fan if done with care! The third way is to use a link style belt that is purchased a little too big, then links are removed to adjust it. It can be installed W/O removing the main belt. Google link V belt. Do not over tighten the main belt, it runs with about an inch of slack when pushed in with the thumb. Jim
