The opinion of Seth is correct. You cannot get the FW out of the bottom. three options seem worth trying: use an aluminum bar, machine it to the same measured size as the outer race I.D. cut it at about 4" long. Pack heavy grease into the pilot bearing hole until completely full. Use the aluminum bar as a hydraulic ram, with a 2# hammer, drive it into the center of the race. (stay straight). This will remove 90% of the stubborn ones.
Use a three finger inside puller with a short slide hammer.
Use a Dremel tool with abrasive cutoff wheels to slice through one side of the race, then move about 3.8" and make another cut. (as deep as you can) then use a sharpened old flat blade screw driver to wedge the segment and snap the race. Jim
