We have a cub with a 42" woods mower. It's more akin to a bush hog with 2 short blades that are attached to the center disk. It has good power and mows well. The 140 mows much better though with a 6 ft width. I have a rear sickle on a 140 and I've gone through thick weeds, dirt, ant hills, and even trimmed azalea hedges with no problem so far. Sharpening the sections is a simple matter but I havn't needed to.
