That #2 intake valve is sticking from time to time. Remove the rocker arm, spray some penetrating oil on that valve stem, tap the stem with a hammer several times until the valve moves freely every time you tap it and then put it all back together again and adjust the valve clearance on ALL of them. Use plenty of penetrating oil. You might also want to pull the offending push rod and make sure it isn't bent. Bent pushrods CAN be straightened by laying them down a solid, flat surface and hammering the bend out.
