UPDATE: I've visually inspected everything from the cam to the top of the piston. Nothing is touching and everything seems absolutely correct.
I let the engine idel and watched a push rod bend. After I broke everything down, I found another one was starting to bend also.
The only thing I found out of spec is my IP seems to be timed for 22 degrees BTDC instead of 14 and one manual says to lash the intake to 10 thousanths where I was lashing both to 12.
I have new push rods on the way but have no clue where to go to next.
I'm going to hate bringing this old tractor to a dealer.
