Picked up a 504 utility recently and seems pretty sound (other than a stuck TA)...except the PTO slowly spins when "disengaged". It will spin a 6 ft brush hog slowly. You can stop the shaft easy enough but let go and it keeps spinning. Is this just an adjustment or something more serious? According to the owner's manual these originally came with some sort of tool to adjust the pto...is there another way to adjust if you do not have the special shaped tool? Thanks in advance for you answers !!
