When I bought my H it had an 8 volt battery in it and I was told by the seller that it was an 8 volt system. It ran fine then it seemed like I couldnt keep a charge. I had the generator rebuilt and the Voltage Reg checked. Both showed to be working fine. Bought a new 8 volt and it lastest a few months. Talked to some guys who all said they were running 6 volt batteries so I went and bought a 6 volt about 3 weeks ago. It started flawlessly until yesterday. I've got a brand new battery and a rebuilt genny, where should I turn to next? My ammenter is barely moving when I run the tractor at 3/4 throttle, but the lights sure do take it down when I turn those on. Any help is greatly appreciated! I cant keep throwin money away on batteries!! Thanks in advance!
