Hey Guys: I have a chance to purchase a Farmall H, but I haven"t had a chance to look at it yet. Heard about if from my son, so I still need to look at it. The guy that has the tractor said something to my son about the battery may need replacing. Anyway, I did some searching on the archives but could not find what I was searching for.
Anyway, if this has the 6volt battery, do these have positive ground or negative?
As I have not looked at it yet, I don"t know the year, but are there any major "gotchas" to look for when buying one of these?
The main reason I want to purchase it is because it has a loader on it, and I have some light duty uses for the loader. I understand it won"t have live power, but I think I can live with that if the price winds up being fairly cheap
