Very slick!! From memory of the PTO lever and its notched retention pawls(both off and on), I would be sure it is capable of rated power transmission at the 40psi point. That works out to just over 70pounds of applied force when on or off. My memory had the lever force at the handle at 20 pounds or so. (just thinking out loud) An adjustable restrictor on the supply line to the valving would allow a smooth application/braking to take place. Jim
