On my Super A the battery seems to be boiling over and leaving sulfuric acid in the box and on the tractor. I have the cutout type relay on my generator. The battery is old and I am going to be replacing it today. If you set charge rate on the low setting, should that keep the battery from boiling over? I suppose I could have a problem in my switch that keeps it on high charge rate all of the time. How do you protect the battery box so that it does not get eaten up by the battery acid? How can you tell when the regulator is working?
