Cory those carburetors are very easy to rebuild. Pull the gas line where it enters the carb. then remove the nut that line was screwed into. There should be an inch long screen assembly attached to that nut. It may be pretty plugged. If it looks OK, you can unbolt the bottom of the carb. bowl without removing the carb. and see if you have crud built up. Make sure to turn your gas back off before you do that. 10-1 you will need to rebuild. Your high speed jet may be partially plugged is my guess.
