After I took them pic. I seen the same thing so I put a washer on the outside. I have hauled it with them for two years that way and when I pull the binders tight the tires are squashed so I don't think I would worry about a bent bolt. The reason for the two bolts is so the chain doesn't swing around and scrach the paint. Bob
