Farmall Super A with frozen engine

I am considering buying a Super A for $1200. It comes with a sickle bar, road scraper and a front loader. Was running 4 years ago. Sat under a roof of some kind, has a flapper on the exhaust, but now won't rotate for some reason. Sound like a reasonable price? I haven't seen it yet, so this is really a shot in the dark, and probably a dumb question.But, better to ask dumb questions than to make dumb mistakes, eh? From what I have seen of the Super A, it has an offset seat. How does this work when operating the machine, specifically, loading stuff with the bucket? Is it a real problem, or does it just take a little getting used to? Seems strange to me.
