Owen, a little history-I bought that filter retainer from the salvage yard- the tractor I bought from an individual and the hydraulics worked good and it would load big bales. I drained it due to the fluid being milky. I flushed it with diesel fuel, and put new filter in. Now, nothing. One other strange issue though, is that the PTO shafts turned and could not be shut off, and that problem remains. COuld it be that the pump isnt getting prime?
