If I recall correctly you just got this tractor from a scrap yard. Did the hydraulics work before you started to change oil and filter? Does the PTO start up? If not the problem may be the PTO input shaft splines in the clutch pressure plate. The PTO drive shaft also drives both hydraulic pumps. Usually they will make some noise but that goes away if it has been run long enough with the splines worn out. Another possibility is the rivets sheared off the back of the pressure plate cover. When that happens there usually is no noise. You can inspect this by removing the cover under the clutch and looking up between the clutch release levers on the pressure plate.
