I have seen one in real life, but it had the cover on it so I didn't really see it. I would have to check my H manifold again, but I think that has the dist manifold, but it is gutted. Not a really good example of what you are looking for. I also think somebody (Mike in Ca?) found one that actually functioned. Maybe if he isn't on active duty (which I assume he is bc I haven't seen him for a long time) he could post the pics. You could try searching for them. READ THE HOW TO SEARCH RULES before you just type stuff in. The search on yt is REALLY akward.
