On second reading...after posting...I don't believe what I wrote is quite right.
Your "centerline while cultivating" should be closer to right side of tractor and the rows be clearly visible as you are moving...passing under the seat area of tractor.
I believe you'll also need to adjust spacing between your rear sweeps to eliminate your tractor tracks.
