CNKS, I had a 400 last fall that was going into high range with the lever back. The problem was the fingers on the pressure plate was out of adjustment and the TA clutch was not completely loose and when the TA clutch got hot it would lock up and you could feel the tractor going into high range with the lever back. We adjust the fingers on the pressure plate and hasn't had a problem since. Just for your infomation. ED
