I owned 2 WD-6's and highly recommend them. Cheap on fuel. Very little trouble with them would have liked to have had a Super WD6. You get the newer faster geared transmission with a super, a tad more power.
Just let them cool for a couple of minutes when you come out of the field before shutting them down, better yet, when shutting down, switch back over to gas and shut them off that way which is the correct procedure. Good little mowing or raking tractor and getting to be kind of rare.
However, many, many parts available around here in North Dakota.
If the Super 6 runs and is cheap, I would get it if I were you.
