Being as we've had a 4 day stretch of dry weather, I took the 'lil Super A up through the pasture to the woods, and nearly buried it, even with 11.2x24's with about half wear left, and new chains. This is crossing sod that hasn't seen a plow in probably 30 years. Last year in July, I did bury it while brush-hogging on the lower end of that pasture.
Normally I'd use the bigger tractor - the one with the 16.9x38 rears, but I've got that one in the garage for some serious tear-down, and between everything else that needs to get done (it's spring) it may be months before I get it back together.
So I've got a question: anyone ever seen an A with flotation fronts and rear duals? How would someone go about fitting one up for heavy/wet soils?
