Never did one on my H. Dad and I did the one on my SM several years ago, with no trouble. An H should be about the same, only smaller. We used a heavy metal disk (like a sleeve-puller) and a threaded rod to force the new lower bushing into place. You can probably put a lot more force on it this way than with a jack, unless you chain the front of the tractor down to whatever the jack is resting on! You'll have to be pretty quick when installing the bushing to gain any advantage from cooling it. By all means, LUBRICATE that bushing! Also, the inside of the bolster must be very clean and free of any burrs resulting from cutting out the old bushing.
