I have some thing going on with the plates or the outer cover drum I think. I measured the thickness of the plates and brake disc's and it is actually a smidgeon more than the inside depth of the outside drum, cover. I am assuming the breaks are barely free when it is not running, and that little pressue is enough to lock her up. I am not sure what to do. gotta find some correct parts, but I dont know what to look for. I am temted to take the plates I have in and have them milled down about an 1/8".
