Did you install new shaft seals? There are two of them. One of them keeps fuel in the pump, the other keeps lube oil in the pump drive/timing gear area. If you are getting fuel in crankcase, the seal on the fuel side of the pump shaft is not sealing. Could be seal lip was cut or lip got folded back or entire seal installed backward. Pump has got to come off to investigate.
