Two choices here one the block and sleeve are cracked on that hole or the head is cracked on that hole . So Gene to find out just what ya have to deal with it is going to be a tear down . Now if ya want to just dump the tractor you may be able to cheat by draining the cooling system and run some cooling system cleaner thru it a couple times and flushing it then put water in it and run it getting it good and HOT then pull the plug on the hole that is showen leakage and dump a can of K&R block sealant in it and run it for a while keeping it hot then after maybe 20 min. shut it down pull the drain plug on the rad and block and let her set for a couple days . Make sure ya clean everything that that stuff touches as it will make a mess. May work may not.
