Hey guys! Went to pick up some parts today for my Aunt for her M and ended up buying a plow from the guy. It is a real nice IH #8 3-16 hydrulic lift. Thing is, I already have a three bottom and really want a two bottom for my SH (although a little concerned 2-16's might be too much??) Anyway the price and condition were too good to pass up! I have heard you can drop a bottom on these and was wondering what that would entail? Looks like you would just un-bolt the last arm and bottom, and move the rear wheel over (pictures would be great if anyone has done it). Is that all there is to it? Will probably convert this one back over to trip and put the hydraulic on the 3-bottom I already have (want to keep it together as its a slat bottom plow). Anyway thanks for your help!!!
