Seth, the venturi is the main difference. Go with the gas carb. if you are never going to try kero. The little tub if on the rear (as the air intake face forward) should be a bowl drain. There are remains. for sale on EBay I never tried one. Kits to rebuild at Rice Equipment. I have cleaned and bebuilt my own. Not hard to do. Now adjusting it thats a nother story. oldiron29
