I'm not sure if the C pump is the same or close to the super a pump - but either way, if the shaft is 5/8" diameter - I found the speedi sleeve through advance auto - part number 99062. It's a special order, I couldn't find it in stock anywhere.
(I had to tell it I owned a 71 ford f100 for the part to actually come up - HATE those automotive sites)
My O-ring is 5/8 id 7/8 od - 1/8 thickness.
I got mine through a local industrial supplier - but you can find them many places on the web.
