I am adding to Fudd's comments. If you have a block on the inside of the rim, line it up with the indentation in the hub. Walk the tire/rim onto the hub. Then jack up the axle slightly and the bottom of the tire/rim should swing right in. Bolt her up, lower the axle and you are cleared for takeoff!
