I don't know about the C, but the H and M manifold outlet tube is a plain 2" black steel pipe nipple threaded into the tapped outlet at the center of the exhaust manifold. Gotta think the C is the same way, only with a smaller outlet pipe. Suggest cutting off what's left of the outlet pipe, then going at the threaded remainder inside the manifold (carefully) with a chisel. If you can get remainder of the old outlet pipe removed, then run a pipe tap into the manifold outlet to clean up the threads, and finally thread a new steel pipe nipple.
