BRAKES BARELY STOP THE TRACTOR PLUS WHEN YOU PUSH ON THE PEDALS THEY SEEM TO HANG-UP AT A CERTAIN POINT AND THEN SNAP PAST IT BUT STILL DON"T HARDLY STOP YOU. I TOOK THEM APART CAN"T FIND ANYTHING BROKE OR THAT APPEARS TO BE OUT OF PLACE. THE DISCS ARE VERY SMOOTH THOUGH. ANY THOUGHTS ON WHY THEY CATCH OR WORK WELL?
