I would say you need to check a few things at least, first is a set of disk's, a complete set is around 60 bucks. Second the ball sockets that are up against the pedal, this is on the adjusting bolt, those will hang up in the pedal and cause binding. Third you need to look at all the braking surfaces and make sure there clean and have a good surface on the no rust, pitting, oil etc. Forth make sure the ball and ramps are in good conditon, this is inside of the brake actuator. Make sure the springs on the actuator are in good shape as well, no broken or fit loose to the actuator. I would look at the first two things that i spoke though.
