Measure the bore at the seal groove, it has to be 3 7/16 for 3.25 sleeves. I cannot tell from my parts books whether or not the 366xxx block preceded or came after the 354898 block, that is the one that takes 3.25 inch sleeves. I can't answer the question about the head gasket. The C123 head gasket was use for engines with a different radiator AND a water pump. But water pumps were an option for C113's with thermosiphon, large hole head gasket and small radiator.
