Maybe the manifold...maybe not. 1. Does it have good compression? You may want to check this first...the best tune up in the world won't make up for lack of compression. 2. If you have good compression, do you have good spark at the plugs?? If not, check your plugs, wires, cap, rotor, points, condensor, and coil. 3. All the above good, go through the fuel system. You say you have good fuel. If you have an air leak on the intake side, you could be running way lean, which would explain the rough running. I have learned through trial and error to check things in this order. You can check in any order, but don't overlook anything.
