Got the power steering pump mounted, the shafts hooked up and bolted in place. Hooked up the pressure and return hoses up and went to try it. This was NOT a factory PS tractor keep in mind. Started up the tractor, no ps until one of the control levers is pushed. I believe I need a regulator / safety valve. Does this go in place of the one I currently have? Also I am reading about a priority valve, how does that fit into all of this and where does it go?? Thanks to all!
