Tisco use to offer a kit that had the throttle & choke shafts in them. I purchased on for an M about 4 years ago. Our CIH dealer carried both the Tisco & the CIH kits. The Tisco was about 1/2 price of the CIH.
I have had better luck with the CIH needle valve & seats than the aftermaket ones. I have had the aftermarket ones stick right out of the box, never have had that happen with the CIH ones. They can be purchased seperately from the complete kit. I usually buy an aftermarket basic kit, throw away the needle valve & seat & put one from CIH in.
