I need help on this. I was using my bucket to raise an empty fuel tank. As I was raising it started to chatter which I thought would be a low on fluid item. I shut it off to check and when I started it again the pump would not pump any fluid. I have taken off the pump and also the control valve ant the hydra-touch controls. I cleaned everything and replaced all of the seals. I put it back together and still have zero pump pressure. It acts like it can't get oil to the pump. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance. cb.
