May not fit the best but have saw them switched before. Lot depends on how thick the drawbar is and what casting is bolted to the transmission housing. Drawbars and supports changed over the years from H and M to the Supers. Think the first H swingers were only 5/8 inch thick and the M 3/4 inch. M used 3/4 for a long time. Later on some tractors are thicker and the support opening wider. Or some early tractors have the later swinging drawbar attachment was added. Some thicker swing bars are installed by grinding the early opening bigger or end of drawbar down. Real early swinging drawbar supports had to be unbolted from the transmission to remove or install the drawbar. Swing pins are 1-1/8 dia. on a H and 1-1/4 on a M. Some pins longer than others depending on the support casting. H & M support castings won't interchange.
