In addition to all that Jim has stated, I just did this same repair last year. NAPA has the seals. I used 1 per side, and have had zero issues. I used a 10" piece of 3" ABS pipe to drive the seal in place. The original seals are quite thick, and are a pain to remove. However, it is a necessary evil.
Also, if your brake linings are in decent shape but just oil soaked, I used a soldering propane torch to "cook" the gear lube off my brake linings. Worked like a champ. did a light roughing of the lining to remove the carbon from the "cook off". and they work like champs. My H is a light duty work tractor with a future of "trailer queen" duty.
