H-governor oil leak

I've got two problems: no.1, i have oil going thru my carburator-governor tube and i don't know why. no.2, where my governor control rod goes thru the side of the governor housing ( between the governor and the block), i have a massive oil leak. I need to know what all i need to unbolt to get the governor off to fix this without tearing anything up.
