Wheel for a Farmall H

Please help! My rim has rotted and I need another one. I found out I can order a brand new 12-38 sized rim out of Ohio for $151.00. I've gone the used parts route on parts and things many times and I'm not against going used but on something like this I don't want to end up with a rusty rim waiting to go down anytime soon again, if you know what I mean. While I'm at it, I think I'll replace the rear tires, 12.4/38's too. Anybody know about some good used tires and or a good used rim?!? I found I can buy a pair of 12.4/38 tires locally for $360.00 brand new. Anybody? Any suggestions about new versus used? Thanks alot.
