Stuck Woodruff keys on brake pedal shaft?

I'm working on replacing the brake pedal shaft oil seals on my 1946 M. The Woodruff keys aren't coming out of the brake pedal shaft. Any suggestions for removing them? P.S. thanks to those who offered suggestions on replacing the bull pinion shaft oil seals - got those replaced and stopped the leaks.
