Yes, retorque and reset the valves. I ignore the warmup because I can't work fast enough to finish it before it cools off. In other words if temperature really makes a difference, then every valve will be done at a different temperature. Some say it needs to be at operating temperature, some not. I have also read that as long as the air temp is not real low, you can consider it warm. Maybe someone will give a more definitive answer. I have fixed an occasional miss by slightly changing the timing. In other words timing by ear, another thing that some say is ok, others say you will get it too far advanced. I haven't had a problem timing that way.
