The popoff is probably located on the block on the right side of the rockshaft housing under the seat. Takes a 7/8" socket I believe. They have a factory crimp inside on the thread which makes them near impossible to adjust.
What size and how heavy are the bales you are trying to pickup? Does it sit there and squeel as you try to pick up the bale? How fast does it work when not moving bales? Did you clean the screen and change the filter which affects the fluid flow? What size case loader is it and what is it rated at. 5.5'x6' bales can weigh up to 1500# and not all loaders will handle them.
