OK, I just went to Tisco's site and I think I know what's going on.
My package says "C509V", which is what I need for a 52499 D, but it's contents look a lot more like a "C509AV". The C509AV is for a different carb (10514A) then mine.
I think it was just mislabeled.
All that being said, the picture of the contents of a C509V doesn't show the idle adjust screw or the idle fixed jet as being included, which seems really weird. I'm tempted to order another but I would hate to get it and it not even include the parts I need.
