The drawings/specs are available, but the folks that made their living applying the originals didn't use measuring tapes to place the decals.
Pick a spot along the centerline of your fuel tank about halfway between the fuel cap and the seam at the rear. The top of the PTO warning decal should be at about that spot or a little to the rear. The "short-turn" warning decal goes just ahead of that, with a gap of 1/4-1/2" between them. The small yellow decal about hitching only to the drawbar is centered on the back of the seat pan where it would be visible while hitching up.
