First of all, $300 for new tires is low. Front tires and tubes for that model will run you about $110 new(not mounted), and rear tires and tubes are expensive, depending on condition of the tires...mounting for them is also expensive. For the rest of your machine, value is what you make it....depends on your area, your needs, your level of farmall fever, but for that model with all the implements you describe it sounds like a fair price...the belly mower alone would price out at about $500, the cultivators $200-$350 depending, the 2 point fast hitch about $300, the wheel weights about $100 (?)...this is south central PA prices / values.... I've got a 140, the *slightly* bigger twin brother to the Super A and I love it....it's a great little tractor. Congrats!
