Hate to sound stupid but started looking at the battery system after I replaced one of the front headlights on my cub.[had it about 2 months now]The light was a 6-volt headlight so I replaced it, but thought I read that on a 6-volt system the battery was supposed to have the positive cable grounded and the negative cable going to the starter, but mine is the other way around! It starts on a dime, but every time I turn on the lights the amp meter shows that it is dicharging. Can someone help me as I am just learning and want my little jewel to last a long time!!
