There are a couple problems with getting you answers.
1) We don't know which system you have. Is it 3-point Fast-Hitch or a 3-point commercial hitch? Do you have cable linkage, solid linkage or cable converted to solid? You need to either study the parts catalog until you can answer those questions or post enough pictures so somebody else can telll you. I think both hitch systems had Tel-A-Depth, so maybe your system has been modified.
2) What problem are you trying to adjust out of it? You keep mentioning that you only have one adjustment available. But you have not given any clue as to why you need to adjust anything. What is wrong with it?
Depending on what version you have and what your problem is, there may not be a good solution. Once there is too much wear, they can't be made to work properly and replacement parts are impossible to find or way too expensive.
