It's not the axle or spindles, but the steering. There have been many posts about it on this forum and mine has been re-worked at least once before I bought it and I replaced the gears and steering shaft since I got it. Salvage yards I talked to looking for parts said it's a trouble spot and would have to check their's for condition before shipping. complaints about it on here were with a loader and mine does have a loader.... may last forever without a loader. Complaints were also from owners of several of the models you mentioned.
