OK if you have not figured this out yet about evilbay.....I'm a seller and you buy something from me that you are not happy because I took a month to ship and leave negative feedback. Now I have not left feedback on you because I'm waiting to see what you are going to do. Once I see the negative from you I write you a negative. Now you contact Ebay and tell them and they in turn contact me. Now you did get what you paid for and I've lodged a complaint against you for what ever reason ture or not. Ebay's only way to resolve the issue is for them to remove both of our negative comments and I get to keep my 99.8 positive rating. Not fair but from what my son who sells a lot on ebay tells me thats what some sellers are doing to keep good ratings.
Maybe it is time for this thread to get deleted along with your other one. First whine cause it looked like Marty got you and now gloating cause you won....but not all the way cause yer banned, so Marty won too....and he's still making money selling the parts you want and can't buy to other people! If you had just made a comment about watching out for this clown and then another that the issue had been resolved things would not have gotten out of hand. Come on, if Ebay bans him (cause he isn't going to change) there goes that cheap source for parts. I for one would never bid on someones stuff if he's already tried to burn me once. And if I were dumb enough to try to do business with the guy again I darn sure wouldn't tell everyone on the net that I'm gullible, I don't care what he's got!
